| 3 12-oz packages Saag’s® Naturals Parmesan Mushroom Sausage Pizza dough (recipe follows) 2 cups (8 oz) shredded mozzarella 1 jar sundried tomato pesto 1/4 cup olive oil

Preheat one side of grill to medium. Score sausages about an inch apart on two sides; grill over medium heat until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes; place on tray and keep warm. Cut prepared dough into 2 oz pieces and roll into balls. Roll out dough balls into 6x4-inch rectangles. Brush the top of the rectangle with water. Place a sausage on the bottom third of the rectangle. Top with pesto and cheese, then roll the dough over the sausage; fold in the side flaps and cover sausage. Press down to seal the bottom. Lightly brush with olive oil and place on the grill over indirect heat. Cover grill. Once the internal temperature reaches 450˚F allow them to bake for 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides and brushing with olive oil to keep them crisp.
