SAAG’S® Super Submarine Sandwich

4 French rolls
8 slices SAAG’S® Black Forest Ham
16 slices SAAG’S® Beef Salami
2 cups chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce
2 tomatoes, sliced
½ cup ranch dressing
Cut French rolls open on one side leaving the other side intact so it resembles a clam shell. Layer ham and salami on the bottom of each roll; top with a few slices of tomato. In a mixing bowl toss lettuce with dressing; pile liberally over the tomatoes. Press top of roll down. Lay a 12”x12” piece of parchment paper with a corner at the top so it looks like a diamond. Place a sandwich across on the bottom half of the paper, fold the corners over the top of the sandwich and then roll them forward until it is wrapped. Use a serrated knife to cut sandwiches in half.
