Turkey Roll-Ups

2 pieces 12”x 8” lavosh flat bread
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup cranberry relish
2 cups mixed greens
12 slices SAAG’S® Smoked Turkey Breast
Lay lavosh on a cutting board. Spread half the cream cheese evenly over each; repeat with cranberry relish. Top with mixed greens. Lay 6 slices of turkey, slightly overlapping, across the bottom half of each flat bread. Fold the bottom inch or so up and over and, pressing gently but firmly, roll up the flat bread into a tube shape. Cut each roll in half and wrap in waxed paper or slice 2 inches thick.
