Sauted Green Beans with Louisiana Mild Sausage

1/4 cup sliced scallions, (green onions)
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Saag’s® Classics Louisiana Mild Sausage, cut lenthwise into quarters, sliced 1/2 inch
1 Tbsp butter
1 lb green beans, trimmed and blanched, cut into 1-inch lengths
1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary or savory
recipe Saute onion, garlic and sausage in butter until hot, about 2 minutes. Add green beans and fresh herb and saute until beans are hot, about 2 minutes more.

Makes 4 servings.
