Grilled Pepper Ham and Cheese with Chutney on Potato Bread

2 slices potato bread
2 slices Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
4 oz thinly sliced Saag’s® Pepper Ham
1 tablespoon fruit chutney
Unsalted butter for cooking sandwiches
recipe On one slice of bread layer one slice of cheese, ham, chutney, and second slice of cheese; top with second slice of bread. Melt 1 teaspoon butter over moderately low heat and cook sandwich, covered, until golden, about 5 minutes. Turn, adding additional butter if necessary, and cook, covered, until bread is golden and cheese is melted. Allow to set up for 2 minutes before cutting. Keep warm in a 200˚F oven.

Makes 1 sandwich.
