Cut sausage lengthwise, then into quarters. Brown in a sauce pan over medium heat. Assemble wraps. Place 1 tortilla on a large cutting board. Arrange 1 cup of romaine in middle of tortilla, top with 2 slices fresh tomato, 1/4 cup bacon, red cabbage, sausage, and blue cheese. Drizzle with apple mayonnaise. Roll up burrito style. Repeat with rest of ingredients. Serves 4. |
