12 oz Saag’s® Classics Polish Sausage 8 oz spinach noodles 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup butter, melted Salt and freshly ground black pepper Paprika |
Preheat oven to 300˚F. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain again. Toss with melted butter. Butter a deep baking dish and layer noodles and cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 20 minutes. Place sausages in cold water. Bring to boil. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Gently fry in butter until golden brown all around.
Makes 4 servings.
Cook’s Note: These zesty sausages are very good with American fried potatoes and a garden-fresh vegetable, such as green beans or broccoli. |
