Mexican Dinner Pronto

12 oz Saag’s® Classics Linguisa
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 can (11oz) tamales
1 can (1 lb) chili beans
3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Place sausage in cold water, bring to boil, simmer 10 minutes. Drain. Cut in 1/2-inch slices. In large skillet fry sausages gently in butter until golden brown. Push to side of pan, saute onion and green pepper until soft. Add chili beans. Stir mixture to blend. Remove husks from tamales, arrange wheel-wise on top of mixture in skillet. Cover. Heat 10 minutes until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
