  • 1 (12-ounce) package Saag’s® Bistro Gordon Biersch Beer Bratwurst
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 8 pretzel buns, toasted
  1. Cook brats according to package directions.
  2. In medium bowl, combine cabbage and next 4 ingredients.
  3. Let stand 15 minutes.
  4. Serve slaw over brats in buns.

Pairs well with an Amber Ale or a Hefeweizen.
